Arlene Perez is SBWIB YouthBuild's Administrative Intern and supports with attendance, incoming and outbound calls, and other administrative duties. She has been with Youthbuild since January 2020, and she has over six years of administrative experience. She is currently attending West La College and working towards a degree in Social Work for Children.

A daily quote that motivated Arlene is, "Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough." She was most motivated to be a part of the SBWIB Youthbuild family because everybody pushes everyone to succeed. Arlene states, "From the staff to the members, everyone always wants to see everybody win! One way or another, we are all here to help each other out."
