About Us
Purpose - The Southern California Apprenticeship Network (SCAN) is a network of businesses and employers, educators, workforce agencies, CBOs, labor, and other interested organizations that gather to grow apprenticeship programs throughout Southern California.
SCAN aims to support our members by helping to create complementary partnerships, connecting members to funding, sharing best practices and resources, and broadcasting events and hiring opportunities.
SCAN is bringing together the various sectors within our fragmented economy and workforce system in efforts to create more accessible quality career pathways through apprenticeships for marginalized communities.
